My training finally got over 3 or 4 days ago and i have been taking calls ever since. Customers call in a trust that we will help them troubleshoot their issue, but i am not really good at it. Every time a customer calls and tells he/she having a problem with some thing, i will just say “don’t worry i am here to help” put the customer on hold and ask the supervisor about the issue. And again instruct the customer as if i know everything about the issue. And sometimes we get some funny customers, like a old man called and he told that his DELL TV is not working, i did the basic troubleshooting and then since the product was out of warranty i told the customer that ” your product is out of warranty, so i cant give you a replacement ” . Then he was like ” Son, i have been a good customer to DELL, i brought 4 computers and 2 printers from Dell and i have been paying them properly and bla bla bla….. and so please give me a new TV ” . And sometimes we use to get some irate Customers, who right away tells that ” i want to talk to the manager” i wil try to convince them once, then i gladly give the headset to my supervisor or L2. He will come put the headset on and hear to what all the customer says, and then he hands over the headset  to me as if the customer was talking nicely to him, then i will ask “why Blood” and he says “same blood” yongl.com
