Start->Programs->Accessories->system tools->scheduled tasks. This Wizard is waking up your system automatically from HYPERNATION. 2.Otherwise search "reboot batch file (scheduledbootxp.bat) "from your system and open this file via schedule task vizard , change the automatic power on settings. 3.If you are using any antivirus scanner in your system means open and see the task seetings , if you find any "automatic poweron task" try to change that.
